After fierce anticipation, Star Wars: The Force Awakens was released worldwide in December last year. The film broke numerous box office and non-box office records both worldwide and in its domestic market, including ‘fastest film to gross $1 billion dollars’ and ‘biggest worldwide opening weekend’.
