SL Grey superbly illustrate that often, fear is more than an unknown external threat – in fact, as the characters demonstrate, the notion of fear in Under Ground is more a warning of what each character is capable of, and what they will become.
Under Ground is an exciting whodunit meets post-apocalyptic novel that is every bit as unpredictable as it is absorbing. A highly recommended read.
