Join the Department of English and Creative Writing Program at UCT for an evening of readings and discussion as it acknowledges the award winning works of Penny Busetto, Masande Ntshanga and Wanjiru Koinange.
Busetto’s The Story of Anna P, as Told by Herself won the 2013 EU Literary Award, Ntshanga won the PEN International New Voices Award with his short story “Space” and Koinange is the recipient of the 2014 Mellon Scholarship for Creative Writing.
The writers will be in conversation with Imraan Coovadia, Director of Creative Writing, on Friday 9 May at 5:30 PM.
